Project Summary
Under the Equinox JV, we helped to prepare Review Notes/Business Cases for 3 CAT D In-service support contract extensions and support to the initiation of a follow-on Cat C equipment support contract within Maritime Navigation Systems. For this, we developed project plans and artefacts, including building Statements of Work and KPIs, generating JAMES Cost Models and sourcing affordability tables and assurance statements.
