Equinox provides project controls specialists, in line with defined Success Profiles, to cover specific capability gaps, either as individuals (Mode 1) or as part of a specific task team (Modes 2-4).

Project Controls Manager

Leads discipline resources in setting and maintaining the performance management baseline for project/portfolio. Sets strategic direction of the Project Control function, analyses the progress against the performance management baseline and drives recovery actions where necessary.

Risk Management

Leads discipline resources in the planning, development, and delivery of best-in class DE&S/ SDA, programme and project risk management processes and associated reporting responsibilities.

Estimating

Leads discipline resources in setting the direction to cost estimating or modelling staff in relation to Project Control activities associated with complex projects/programmes.

Planning & Scheduling

Lead discipline in the development and implementation of technical standards, guidelines and procedures for project plans and schedules. Responsible for Project Controls scheduling activities within the Function or Domain.

Cost Control

Engineer - Leads Cost Management resources in setting the strategic direction, technical standards, output standards and managing key strategic relationships for project/portfolio.

Finance - Leads Cost Control Finance resources in setting the strategic direction and business objectives of a Delivery Team, Operating Centre or Domain.
