Equinox provide project managers, in line with defined Success Profiles, to cover specific capability gaps, either as individuals (Mode 1) or as part of a specific task team (Modes 2-4).
Senior Project Manager (Level 5)
Leads highly complex projects or portfolios across a broad range of business contexts, addressing unpredictable, complex issues or situations without precedent. Shapes acquisition strategy by aligning portfolio/projects to the organisational vision.
Senior Project Manager (Level 4)
Manages complex projects or sub-portfolios addressing unpredictable or complex issues, or situations across a broad range of business contexts. Influences acquisition strategy and aligns projects to the organisational vision.
Project Manager (Level 3)
Delivers semi-complex projects, multiple simple projects or complex control accounts addressing issues, or situations with limited supervision. Leads projects across a range of business contexts. Informs acquisition strategy and aligns portfolio/projects to the organisational vision.
Project Manager (Level 2)
Delivers simple projects, control accounts or elements of semi-complex projects using basic principles, tools and techniques to deliver a project. Leads these elements, developing business cases and project management plans or support in the development of these artefacts for control accounts of larger projects.
