Support Solution Consulting

Engages with both DE&S and Front Line Commands (FLCs) to provide expert advice and guidance across Integrated Logistic and related disciplines, and to assist the delivery of Equipment Support Continuous Improvement Team (ESCIT) interventions with Project Teams.

Supply Chain Management

Leads resources developing and implementing the delivery, storage, inventory and supplier management for in-service equipment to meet the demand fulfilment and performance requirements.

Modelling & Analysis

Leads resources in developing and implementing the analysis and modelling capability to meet the needs of Project Teams pan-defence.
