  • Programme Diagnostic and Treatment Service (PDTS) is a customisable service, adaptable to different organisational needs and scales.

  • It can involve either a standing team of experts or a temporary team assembled to address specific issues or troubled projects.

​​

  • Teams are composed of highly qualified and experienced personnel, ready to be tasked by senior sponsors.

​​

  • Their mission is to systematically identify root causes of failure and implement timely, managed, and effective treatment plans.

​​

  • The service aims to deliver focused remedies early, preventing under performance and safeguarding organisational reputation.

​​

  • To be executed when an audit/data points to a problem; reoccurring reputational issues.
