This consists of a structured facilitated governance process to determine the maturity of the exploitation plan and determine areas of low maturity, considering:-

Tailored and evidence based high level plans with associated activity to underpin the various stages of exploitation, covering concept shaping, trials, through to procurement:

High-level articulation of the programme aims and intended timelines.

Outline potential procurement approaches and associated timelines.
​​

De-risk any key assumptions.

Increase the robustness of evidence for “why exploit”.

This will include recommendations for early work that could be done to accelerate the programme, prepare it for an option submission and / or de-risk the anticipated approach.
