• To be undertaken when trying to apply advanced analytics and Machine Learning approaches to complex and disparate datasets.

Outputs:

A full range of Technical Readiness Level (TRL) solutions, from data discovery and capability demonstrators to hosted production applications through the following flexible phases:

• Understanding Your Data (Discovery) - An exploratory discovery phase to assess user needs, build a clear understanding of business challenges, context and constraints and capture user stories to inform future phases.

• Concept Creation (Alpha / Beta) – Building on detailed understanding of user requirements and available data, the next phase is a capability demonstration. This includes experimentation and testing to ensure any solution is fit for purpose and meets business needs. Extensive feedback and thorough testing ensures the final product is delivering against the user stories and benefits identified in Discovery.

• Production Models (Live) – Deployment and integration of any solution, hosting seamlessly within suitable infrastructure (on-premises or cloud) and connecting to all relevant data feeds. This includes integrating the solution with downstream systems that use the insights, while retaining the ability to build upon the project should further requirements emerge ensuring that the solution is sustainable.
